My husband has NPD , classic textbook version of the disorder. You should be proud of yourself for facing your problem. I need help for myself after living with someone that has NPD. For so long I thought that I could help him. I can't !! NPD is so distructive if not treated so I hope that you will talking to someone on a long term basis because it gets worse as you get older but you can do something now if you seek 'Real' help. However, true help is hard to find but don't give up. My husband does not want or think he needs help and he any help and all we do is go in circles. So again, I commend your for your honesty towards your own true self and wish you happiness. Also, the picture of you and your sis is adorable. You look like you had nice family.
